Caroline’s proven track record of finding buyers the right home and helping sellers reach their goals speaks for itself. She has an impressive knowledge of the market from Southampton to East Hampton and an uncanny sense of properties that are not yet for sale.
A deep knowledge of architectural history led her to become a specialist in period to modern homes, renovations and new construction in the Sag Harbor area, while also spreading her attention to service clients from Southampton to Amagansett. Representing builders and developer/investors to acquire new projects and seeing through the design process to marketing newly finished homes is where she really shines, seeing the big picture and evaluating several steps ahead for her clients.
