Caroline Sarraf

Caroline was the 8th agent to join Compass in The Hamptons after 8 successful years, including 3 as top producer in Sag Harbor at her previous brokerage. With 42 closed sales deals in four years, Caroline’s proven track record of finding buyers the right home and helping sellers reach their goals speaks for itself. She has an impressive knowledge of the market from Southampton to East Hampton and an uncanny sense of properties that are not yet for sale.

Though specializing in period and waterfront homes in Sag Harbor, Caroline is equally adept at selling modern homes, renovations and new construction, throughout the East End. Whether it’s a first time home buyer or a savvy designer, Caroline knows that fundamentally every acquisition is an integral part of an investment portfolio and needs to be regarded as such. A Long Island native, Caroline has lived in Wainscott for many years. She holds an MFA in sculpture from the Rhode Island School of Design, and has spent time in London and Rome where she studied photojournalism and architectural photography. A locavore and dedicated vegetable gardener, Caroline enjoys entertaining at home as well as cycling, late-night fishing, and early-morning paddle-boarding in the bays and inlets of Sag Harbor.

Cynthia joins Compass after spending over 13 years at Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Bridgehampton. Cynthia’s thriving business has been built one trusted relationship at a time. Specializing in fine home sales and luxury rentals throughout the Hamptons, Cynthia represents clients through every aspect of a transaction and has developed a well-earned reputation for her dedication, honesty and unparalleled level of customer service.

Cynthia began her career in the investment banking industry, working her way up to Vice President of Facilities and Real Estate for a NYC based firm, where she managed the procurement, construction and operations of their offices regionally. Ready for a change of pace, Cynthia moved to the Hamptons and started a career in real estate, utilizing her business experience along with her diversified background in design, construction and project management, to deliver the highest level of service to her clients.

When not working, Cynthia and her husband enjoy all the benefits of living by the water in Sag Harbor and at their vacation home in Juno Beach, Florida, from great dining to boating, biking, kayaking, gardening and spending time on the pristine ocean beaches.





Alyra Hoffman


Growing up in Manhattan and summering in the Hamptons Alyra became a full time resident of the East End in 2001. With her love of real estate mixed with her entrepreneur drive she began flipping houses and building spec homes throughout the Hamptons. Working with Bridgehampton Custom Home Building, she has evolved from a land developer, award winning builder and successful business woman to joining the Compass team as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Alyra's inside knowledge of the Hampton Luxury Market and sharp eye for detail, design and value allows her to provide her customers with the care and attention they need to find a quality home or investment opportunity.
